TRAVERSIO successfully deliver the largest utilisation of technology at an African Event.  To cater for the 4,000 delegates and expected 15,000 visitors, TRAVERSIO deployed 2 internet cafe's, Business Centre, organisers offices, sponsors facilities, complete Media Centre, registration systems, info kiosks and more.  A centralised help desk was operated 14 hours per day, with all calls being resolved within 3.5 minutes across the Convention Centre.  10MB of internet bandwidth was enabled, bandwidth managed to deliver consistent services to mission critical environments.  TRAVERSIO was engaged over 18 months to scope the available infrastructure, services, advise on requirements, manage the RFP process, appoint partners and service providers, and project manage the entire process.  Dimension Data and was appointed by TRAVERSIO to manage core network and network security, and Siemens to provide the switching and network infrastructure in the Convention Centre.  For a full case study, contact online@traversio.com  

10,000 people accredited in 9 days by INKOVU

 

INKOVU, Accreditation subsidiary of TRAVERSIO, in association with South African Government Agencies, set up accreditation centre for the 18th World Petroleum Congress.  Owing to the high security nature of the event, delegates went through a complete accreditation process including Registration and payment, ID/Passport scanning, asset logging, biometric scanning and received a security badge permitting access to relevant zones.  Almost 5,000 service providers were accredited by INKOVU between 3 venues.  At a celebratory function, WPC (SA) office congratulated INKOVU on a remarkable success.  For a full case study, contact online@inkovu.com
